Self Manual Therapy Treatment For Liver

Posted on November 1, 2021 by admin

in this article, i am going to explain how to treat your liver by yourself. this is kind of a self-treatment technique. this technique is from visceral manipulation. there are a lot of, lot of, lot of visceral manipulation techniques. so today’s one is just one of them. OK? then how can you apply this self technique for daily life? this is kind of a unique thing. when you have right shoulder pain or right neck pain, right side stiffness. and you go to doctor, there’s no injury on a shoulder joint.

There’s no injury on the neck muscle. but it’s tight. it’s painful. then you take MRI, CT scan. nothing is wrong here. that may be from liver. there is a connection between liver and right side of the body. so if you have tight right shoulder and neck, and nothing wrong here. maybe cause can be here. okay, how do you do it? there are a few landmarks you need to be aware. there is here, this line.

It’s like a half point of the clavicle, and vertically at this point. there is a gallbladder here. so when you do today’s technique, please avoid here. the midpoint of clavicle. vertical line. and about here. okay, here’s how you do in the model. you put both hands on the costal margin of the ribcage. you put both hands. please avoid that place, gallbladder. then you kind of sink into the ribcage. don’t poke, don’t push. because internal organ is very fragile organ. so don’t push, don’t poke. just let your fingers in, naturally.

Don’t force to go in. this is very important. and once you enter inside of the rib cage, you just slightly push up up. you know push towards the ceiling. but don’t poke, don’t push. just let the liver go up. you know, just soft lift. so this is a simple technique for self treatment for liver. this is good for right side shoulder tightness. but please do not expect this can work for a liver disease.

like hepatitis and liver cancer. that’s whole another world. that’s for medical treatment. okay? so in next part i will show you the self-treatment technique by using my body. so this is how you do. remember, this point is very fragile. there’s gallbladder. see, this is my costal margin. there is about gallbladder here. please avoid here. my right hand here, my left hand is here. but as i am sitting upright, i can’t go into the ribcage. because my core muscle is tightening to keep up my posture upright. so what you do is kind of bend the core. then my fingers can naturally go in. i will show you. bend. see my fingers can go in naturally. as i bend, then both fingers inside same time, simultaneously. okay? my costal margin. please avoid this point.

fingers relaxed. relax, don’t poke, don’t stub. then slowly go in. then as i go in, you just lift little bit. just tiny bit. just tiny bit. don’t stub. internal organ is very fragile. don’t stub. it’s like very tiny movement. it’s like almost you don’t see what i’m doing. i will show you that again. fingers here. bend. then fingers go in simultaneously. then lift up a little bit. just a little bit. okay, so this is a procedure. once again, this technique is just a self-treatment. i am not saying this technique is for cancer or hepatitis.
